GlobalFoundries is hiring a Principal Engineer in Process Engineering (Clean Tech) for its 300mm Advance Packaging Center in Singapore. The role involves creating and reviewing technical charts, developing process formulations, establishing SOPs, and driving continuous improvement plans. Candidates should have a degree or master's in engineering/science and 5-7 years of experience in the electrical/electronics industry. This is a full-time position.

Introduction:

Giga Fab is seeking highly skilled and motivated Experienced Clean Technology Process Engineer to become part of our starting 300mm Advance Packaging Center, Singapore and the Unit Module Developent team to achieve the key milestones.

Job Responsibilities:
• Create, analyze and review technical charts
• Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards
• Establish SOP (Standard operating process) and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules
• Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications
• Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices
• Work with cross functions teams to deliver organizational goals
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:
• Degree or Master's Degree in any engineering/science related field
• 5 - 7 years of working experience in electrical / electronics industry
