They are seeking a Policy Analyst, Environmental & Sustainability to develop high-quality, research-driven materials on governance topics, including climate, sustainability, and private company governance.Job Description:The Policy Analyst, Environmental & Sustainability will play a key role in creating insightful, research-based content for board members and senior executives. This role involves conducting primary and secondary research, producing both short- and long-form content, and engaging with stakeholders to provide thought leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate governance, sustainability, or regulatory topics and be comfortable working with senior leaders.Key Responsibilities:Develop high-quality research papers, articles, and handbooks on corporate governance topics.Conduct research and analysis on business trends, regulatory changes, and governance issues.Engage with corporate directors and industry experts to gather insights and create relevant content.Manage content for board committees focused on climate, sustainability, and private governance.Transform research into engaging learning experiences, including digital and in-person events.Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, editorial, and events to ensure seamless content delivery.Utilize the organization’s content management system (CMS) to publish and manage web-based content.Assist in shaping ongoing research initiatives and identifying content gaps.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, English, Communications, Political Science, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 4 years in research, content development, or related fields. Experience with sustainability, climate, or governance topics is highly preferred.Skills: Strong writing and research skills, with the ability to craft content for a senior executive audience. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
