Payment Accuracy COB Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze claims, member, and group data to identify recoverable claims

Utilize audit tools to conduct member investigations and maintain accurate documentation

Prepare responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare

Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Coordination of Benefits, preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Experience with large datasets and diverse databases is beneficial
