Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator for a full-time, on-site position based in Banbury. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, applying paints, stains, varnishes, or wallpapers to interior and exterior surfaces, and ensuring a high standard of finish. Additional duties involve mixing paints, selecting appropriate materials, and maintaining tools and workspaces. The Painter and Decorator will work collaboratively with team members and clients to achieve project specifications and deadlines while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
• Technical skills: Proficiency in preparing surfaces, painting, staining, varnishing, and wallpapering
• Detail orientation: Attention to detail for ensuring precise and high-quality work
• Time management: Strong ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
• Knowledge: Familiarity with different paints, finishes, tools, and safety protocols
• Communication skills: Ability to work effectively with clients and team members

• Experience in painting and decorating is a significant advantage
