Role Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our solar energy projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Develop and execute project plans, including project scope, timelines, and budgets - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction - Ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Site Management:

- Oversee site operations, including monitoring progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions - Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards

Payment Follow-up:

- Manage project payments, including tracking invoices, payment schedules, and collections - Ensure timely payment from clients and vendors

Site Updates:

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and issues - Develop and maintain project reports, including dashboards and metrics

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy industry - Strong knowledge of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
