Massachusetts Finance Associate

VirtualVocations is seeking a Finance Associate for their investment firm, based remotely. Responsibilities include managing email inboxes, processing fund payments, and assisting with financial reporting. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree, 2-5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in funds or asset management. A CPA is a plus. The position is full-time and requires both independent and collaborative work.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor central email inboxes and manage fund-of-fund reporting and vendor invoices
Process outgoing wires for fund-of-fund capital calls and vendor payments
Assist with quarterly financial reporting to investors and maintain reporting calendars
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree required
2-5 years of accounting and finance experience in relevant fields
Experience within funds, asset management, or a Big Four public accounting firm preferred
CPA designation is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
