Marine Conservation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Conservation Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, marine science, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and promoting sustainable development of marine resources.
• Develop and implement effective conservation plans to protect marine ecosystems, including coral reefs, mangroves, and wetlands.
• Promote sustainable development of marine resources, balancing the need for economic growth with environmental protection.
• Address issues related to coastal zone management, including land reclamation, shoreline protection, and habitat restoration.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct EIAs for marine-related projects, identifying and evaluating potential impacts on marine ecosystems, water quality, air quality, and coastal communities.
• Develop and implement mitigation measures to minimize pollution, habitat destruction, and disturbances to marine life.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental regulations and standards.
