Role Description

This role requires a highly skilled Electronics Specialist to support our production line. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing areas as an Electronic Technician and be proficient in Microsoft Office and measuring equipment.
Main Responsibilities
• Support manufacturing teams with periodic inventory management, disassembly, and documentation of failures analysis.
• Deliver weekly failure analysis reports using a BMS format and maintain accurate records.
• Inspect and collect non-conforming material, ensuring proper traceability in our system.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and 5S's philosophy within the team.
• Administer and control A&R Inventory per project/week, adhering to established metrics and standards.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in manufacturing areas as an Electronic Technician.
