Job Description
Our manufacturing facility in Joplin, Missouri, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities and assigned projects. This role involves leading and mentoring the maintenance team, ensuring effective planning and execution of plant maintenance operations, and maximizing the efficiency and utilization of equipment and facility assets.

• Analyze and manage the maintenance budget to optimize costs.
• Execute maintenance and reliability projects as needed.
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the maintenance department.
• Develop and implement training plans to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between plant functions and corporate reliability teams.
• Present monthly updates and briefings to company executives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in a maintenance organization, preferably within an industrial setting.
• Prior supervisory experience in an industrial environment (preferred).
• Familiarity with web-based or textile industries (preferred).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
