Maintenance Manager- AC CNG Low Floor BUSES

Traveltime Mobility India Private Limited seeks a Maintenance Manager for AC CNG Low Floor Buses. Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance, supervising staff, managing budgets, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with maintenance standards. The role involves hands-on repairs and diagnostics. It is a full-time, in-person position located in India, with a salary range of ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month.
Job description

1) Responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment. Implements and monitors a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturers specifications.

2) Maintains a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc. 3) Supervises all Fleet Services employees; trains, evaluates and disciplines employees. Assists in the development of the Fleet Services budget to include a review of past year expenses and income; adjusts and administers all Fleet Service purchases, including parts, tools, office supplies.

4) Welds; replaces parts; repairs parts; repairs electrical systems; diagnoses vehicles for minor body and fender work; performs tune ups and engine overhauls; troubleshoots problems when needed

5) Examines reports for accuracy on each vehicle and piece of equipment repaired; writes reports on vehicles and equipment repaired.

6) Keeps maintenance and repair records; performs preventive maintenance on all vehicles; orders repair parts.

7) Checks all repair work performed for completeness.

8) Operation and maintenance of all fleet vehicles and equipment.

9) Reviews purchase requests for new and replacement vehicles parts.

10) Typically reports to a Management

11) Manages subordinate staff in the day- to- day performance of their jobs.

12) Maximize the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner.

13) Ensures that department milestones are met and adhering to approved budgets

14) Extensive knowledge of department processes.
