Maintenance Head- CNG City Buses

Traveltime Mobility India is seeking a Maintenance Head for CNG City Buses in Haryana. The role involves overseeing vehicle maintenance, managing inventory, supervising staff, and developing budgets. Responsibilities include implementing preventative maintenance programs and ensuring departmental efficiency. The position requires extensive knowledge of maintenance processes and typically reports to management. This is a full-time position with no specific degree requirements.
Location: Gurugram/Pune/Nashik
• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment. Implements and monitors a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturers specifications
• Maintains a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc
• Supervises all Fleet Services employees; trains, evaluates and disciplines employees. Assists in the development of the Fleet Services budget to include a review of past year expenses and income; adjusts and administers all Fleet Service purchases, including parts, tools, office supplies
• Reviews purchase requests for new and replacement vehicles parts.
• Typically reports to a Management
• Manages subordinate staff in the day- to- day performance of their jobs.
• Maximize the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner.
• Ensures that department milestones are met and adhering to approved budgets
• Extensive knowledge of department processes.
