Lecturer in Community and Environmental Planning

Summary Of Position
The Department of Natural Resources and the Environment seeks a dynamic, engaged scholar and teacher in the field of Community and Environmental Planning. The ideal candidate will have expertise in areas such as community and environmental planning and policy, land use planning, regional planning, sustainable community planning, community development, transportation planning, workforce housing, environmental and social justice, food justice, or green infrastructure. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a portfolio of courses in the Community and Environmental Planning program, to mentor and advise undergraduates, to engage with local and regional stakeholders, and to be active in program, Departmental, College, and University governance and service. This is a full-time, non-tenure track position. The University of New Hampshire is an R1 research institution that provides high-quality undergraduate and graduate programs of distinction.
