I’m on the search for an experienced Learning Specialist – to assist with a Career Development Learning Curriculum Migration & Design project for Adelaide University.

Do you thrive at the intersection of educational technology, design and project management? Adelaide University is seeking a highly skilled individual to lead a transformative migration project—moving two bespoke Career Development Learning (CDL) programs from Moodle to Canvas.

This isn’t your average content transfer but rather a complex, staged project that involves:

🔹 Migrating and fixing existing content

🔹 Creating new multimedia assets (videos, animations, quizzes, icons, surveys, etc.)

🔹 Rebranding and refreshing materials with a future-focused lens

🔹 Collaborating with career practitioners to ensure relevance and impact

🔹 Ensuring accessibility, alignment with Adelaide University branding, and technical integrity across all modules

You’ll develop and define the project scope from initial setup through to final testing—applying a learning design best practice lens, managing project milestones, and driving quality outcomes and have the support of an experienced LMS Project Officer. We estimate the project duration will be approximately 5-7 months depending on capability and complexities.

We’re after someone who brings:

✅ Knowledge of LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, and supporting tools

✅ Strong writing and editing skills
