Candidates should have a Master's degree in engineering, at least 7 years of experience in municipal water treatment, and a Professional Engineer (PE) registration. Harrison Consulting Solutions is a growing national firm seeking a highly skilled Lead Water Treatment Engineer for their Indianapolis office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical guidance and leadership on municipal drinking water projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Create detailed master plans, designs, specifications, and estimates for treatment plans, tanks, pump/booster stations, and water storage/conveyance system infrastructure.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, delivering quality work on time and within budget.
• Assist with business development, proposal completion, and client interviews, promoting the company's expertise in municipal water treatment systems.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Requirements:
• A Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in municipal water treatment systems, including water treatment, water quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
• Active participation in professional organizations, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
