Power Production Management (PPM Solar) is seeking a Lead Installer for solar energy and storage in Indiana. This role involves leading installation projects, ensuring safety, and enhancing customer satisfaction. PPM Solar is looking for a Lead Installer to join our PPM Solar installation team and enhance our solar installation processes and customer satisfaction initiatives. This role requires exceptional technical expertise, attention to detail, and leadership skills. Responsibilities
• Layout and assembly of solar modules/array and mounting hardware
• Connecting solar mounting structure to the roof
• Assist in electrical wiring of all energy products
• Work with the warehouse team to pull materials for each installation
• Job closeout document completion and reporting
• Attend mandatory training and safety meetings
• Maintain clean job sites
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers throughout the process.

Qualifications
• Proven track record of integrity
• Solar installer experience is preferred
• 1 year of roof work, general construction (3+ years preferred), and the ability to accurately utilize measuring tools
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders/stairs, as well as work on roofs of buildings, both residential and commercial
• Must have a basic tool kit with drills, impact, and bits – specialty tools provided
• The ideal candidate will be a team player and possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $33-37 per hour, based on experience. This position is full-time (40 hours a week) and on-site in our Gainesville office. Compensation will be reassessed based on performance after the first 90 days.
