Lead - Energy Mgmt

Adani Realty is seeking a Lead for Energy Management in Mumbai, responsible for developing energy strategies, conducting audits, and implementing renewable solutions in construction projects. The role involves collaboration with teams, compliance with regulations, and promoting sustainability practices. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Environmental Science and 20-25 years of experience in Energy Management within the construction industry.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement energy management strategies to optimize energy consumption within Adani Realty's construction projects.
• Conduct energy audits and analyze energy usage data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate energy-efficient practices into project planning and execution.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to energy management and ensure compliance.
• Lead the implementation of renewable energy solutions and technologies to reduce carbon footprint.
• Monitor and evaluate energy performance across projects, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive awareness and training programs to promote energy efficiency and sustainability practices among employees and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and government agencies to support energy management objectives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. - Master's degree in Energy Management or Sustainability (preferred).
• 20-25 years of experience in Energy Management within the Construction industry.
