We are seeking an experienced investment professional to lead our clean energy investment initiatives, helping us deliver on our mission to create economic opportunity for traditionally underserved communities. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement strategic investment strategies that address climate change and foster economic empowerment in low-income and disadvantaged communities.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic investment plans that align with program objectives.
• Investment Performance Monitoring: Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of investments, monitoring performance, and impact metrics to drive positive outcomes for both investors and communities.
• Community Outreach and Engagement: Cultivate partnerships with community organizations, industry leaders, and policymakers to maximize the fund's impact and advance environmental justice and economic equity.
• Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with external stakeholders, including the Environmental Protection Agency Office of Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund staff, to ensure program impact and compliance.

About You
• You have a strong educational background in finance, investment management, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in structured finance, climate resilience, or a related field.
• You possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team towards achieving our shared goals.
• You have a proven track record of success in driving impact investment strategies, with a deep understanding of economic justice, climate finance, and community development principles.
