4 Seasons Insulation is hiring Insulation Installers for full-time positions in West Gosford, NSW. The role involves installing insulation in residential and commercial properties, with no prior experience required as full training is provided. Your Role
• Install roof, wall, and underfloor insulation in homes, new builds and commercial properties
• Gain skills and job variety, in particular for the installation of existing wall insulation (example: plastering, brick removal)
• Operate and maintain insulation equipment
• Ensure high-quality installation that meets industry and safety standards
• Work closely with other team members in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

What We’re Looking For
• No experience necessary – full training provided
• Prior experience in insulation, construction, or trades is a plus
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) required
• Must be physically fit and comfortable working in roof spaces and under floors
• Driver’s license preferred but not required. If you are in the process of obtaining your license or close to receiving it, you may still be considered for the role.
