Hydrology Analyst

The State of Connecticut is seeking a Hydrology Analyst in Windsor Locks, CT. Responsibilities include data entry and analysis, developing interactive maps, writing reports, and conducting literature searches. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office and R or Python, and must have a valid driver's license and ARC lifeguarding skills. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities

As a Water Planning specialist with the State of Connecticut, you will be responsible for:
• Entering and organizing data in computer files
• Analyzing data
• Developing Story Maps and Interactive online maps
• Writing memos and reports
• Conducting literature searches

Our ideal candidate has experience working from a personal computer, utilizing MS Office, and operating R or Python programming language. We also require a valid driver's license and the ability to demonstrate American Red Cross (ARC) waterfront lifeguarding swimming skills.
