Hydroelectric Project Head - Project Delivery

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in medium to large-scale hydroelectric infrastructure projects (50 MW and above). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering five medium-sized hydroelectric power projects in Liberia.
• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Project Execution and Management:
• Manage the full lifecycle of hydroelectric projects, including initiation, planning, execution, and completion.
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• MBA or advanced degree in Management or Renewable Energy preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in hydroelectric project execution.
• Proven expertise in hydroelectric project execution and delivery.
