Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Senior Production Technician to lead our Plant Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for mentoring junior technicians, overseeing the operation and maintenance of hydropower generation stations, and providing guidance and support to the production team.

Key Responsibilities
• Operation and Maintenance: Oversee the safe operation, monitoring, and maintenance of hydropower generation stations.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Take charge of complex maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs on turbines and associated equipment, offering technical expertise and guidance to junior technicians.
• Supervision and Coordination: Supervise gate changes as instructed and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Experience: 2-5 years in hydropower operations, with rigging, lifting, welding experience preferred.
• Education: Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience required.
• Skillset: Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and substantial relevant experience are required.
