Head of Community and Partnerships – Sustainable Hospitality

London, UK (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Our clients are seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead engagement across a global network of sustainable hotels, partners, and travel collaborators. You’ll drive community strategy, strengthen relationships, and share member success stories to grow a purpose-driven network that champions responsible travel.

Responsibilities
• Lead communication and engagement with member hotels and partners
• Develop and deliver a global community engagement strategy
• Organise events, webinars, and the annual Leadership Summit
• Collaborate with marketing and PR to highlight impact stories
• Manage community content, newsletters, and intranet resources
• Track engagement metrics and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Sustainability, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in community or partnership management
• Strong communication, relationship, and project management skills
• Passion for sustainable travel; additional language skills a plus
