• Business Performance: Work closely with teams to oversee business performance, meeting financial, mission, and engagement goals.
• Innovation & Digital Transformation: Strengthen our digital capabilities, integrating AI and digital tools into client services.
• Client & External Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop an external engagement strategy to enhance impact in key sectors.
• Operational Excellence: Help refine systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• People & Talent Development: Support project resourcing and team development, harnessing global expertise for every client.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board to define priorities and direction.
