The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and being part of a company that values integrity and teamwork, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Consult with customers to identify their needs and recommend solutions
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
• Deliver outstanding service and uphold our world-class customer experience
• Work collaboratively with team members to solve challenges
• Maintain a high standard of safety and job site cleanliness

What We’re Looking For
• Proven HVAC industry experience (residential and/or light commercial)
• NATE certification preferred (not required)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with standard HVAC tools and technology
• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits
• Annual Salary: $60,000 – $100,000+ (DOE)
