Job Description:
We are looking for hardworking and dependable greenhouse factory workers to join agricultural and horticultural companies in Poland. The role involves planting, cultivating, harvesting, and packaging vegetables, fruits, flowers, or seedlings grown in greenhouse environments. Candidates must be physically fit, able to work in warm or humid conditions, and willing to perform repetitive tasks. This job offers stable employment, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to gain valuable international experience in modern greenhouse farming.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plant, water, and maintain crops such as tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, strawberries, or flowers
• Monitor plant growth and report any issues such as pests or diseases
• Prune, trim, and tie plants to support structures
• Harvest crops carefully and ensure proper handling
• Sort, grade, and package produce for market distribution
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within greenhouse rows and workstations
• Operate basic agricultural tools and equipment as instructed
• Follow greenhouse safety and hygiene standards
• Work with team leaders to achieve daily production targets

Job Requirements:
• Valid Passport (minimum 1-year validity)
• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Certificate of Good Conduct / Police Clearance
• Full-size Clear Photo (white or light background)
• Good English communication skills (basic level)
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and walk for long hours
• Comfortable working in warm, humid, or controlled greenhouse environments
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime during peak seasons
