Green Infrastructure Specialist

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Green Infrastructure Specialist in Rosemont, IL. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in energy program management and 2 years in management. Key skills include knowledge of energy efficiency, clean technologies, and excellent communication abilities. This is a full-time position focused on sustainability and electric vehicle infrastructure.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Infrastructure, Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in energy program management, sustainability, EV charging infrastructure, solar or related fields and 2+ years management experience, or HS Diploma with 8+ years of above experience with 3+ years of management experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency measures, clean energy technologies, sustainability practices, and electrical vehicle charging infrastructure.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder experienced at engaging and speaking to key internal and external customers.
• Demonstrate organizational agility and the ability to collaborate and influence across functional areas and business units to effectively influence new programs, processes, and cultures.
