Green The Environment (GTE) is a non-profit, non-political social welfare organization founded in July 1997 in Bangladesh. GTE focuses on uplifting rural communities, particularly farmers, by addressing education, modern agricultural tools, and climate-related challenges. The organization empowers marginalized populations, especially women and children, through initiatives in organic farming, health, sanitation, and education. Operating in remote regions, GTE's network includes 220 professionals and 5 branch offices working with farmers, civil society, government, and development partners to build sustainable and inclusive communities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh for a Graphic Web Designer. The Graphic Web Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics, designing logos, developing branding materials, and working with typography to enhance GTE's digital presence. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with team members, conceptualizing design ideas, and executing design projects to support GTE's mission and initiatives.

Qualifications
• Graphics and Graphic Design skills
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding
• Proficiency in Typography
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
