Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Foreperson located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The General Foreperson will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations on the construction site.

This includes managing heavy equipment, overseeing carpentry and maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient communication among the team, and maintaining safety standards.

The General Foreperson will also ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
Qualifications
• Strong Supervisory Skills for overseeing daily operations and team coordination
• Experience with Heavy Equipment management and safety protocols
• Proficient in Carpentry and Maintenance work
• Excellent Communication skills for effective team and stakeholder interactions
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
• Relevant certification or diploma in construction management or related field
• Previous experience in supervising construction projects is a plus
