PPM Solar is rapidly expanding and emerging as an industry leader in commercial and industrial solar energy and storage development. We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team and improve our operational efficiency and financial processes.

The Financial Manager supports our shared vision by collaborating on reports demonstrating the company’s financial performance. If you excel at facilitating financial clarity through a robust financial process, from smart and efficient data entry to insightful reporting, you may be well-suited for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, including AR and AP.
• Prepare and assist with financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Support financial operations by assisting with financial statements and general administrative tasks.
• Assure financial compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications
• Proven track record of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in managing financial data.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, with proficiency in QuickBooks online.
• Experience with payroll processing.
• Experience in essential cash flow management.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $40,000-$70,000 / annually based on experience. This position is full-time (40+ hours a week) and on-site in our Gainesville office. Compensation will be reassessed based on performance after the first 90 days.
