No Overtime Pay Contract Contingent Basis Mid Atlantic. The role is a Senior Consultant STD Level Professional aligned under services related to NAICS, located CONUS - Research Triangle Park, North Carolina Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting The EPA.

Seeking Facilitator candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as EPA.
JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Facilitator in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
• Assist in the facilitation of meetings, workshops, and team-building sessions.
• Develop session agendas and materials in collaboration with the Lead Facilitator.
• Facilitate group discussions, manage session flow, and ensure participant engagement.
• Compile post-session reports summarizing key takeaways, decisions, and action items.
Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Facilitator Candidates:
• 3+ years of facilitation experience, preferably within governmental or environmental contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills Required:
• Proficient in facilitation techniques and virtual meeting platforms.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage diverse group dynamics.
