Job Description / Responsibility:

People Sustainability

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Target Tracking
• Support the tracking of DEI targets, conduct awareness programs, and collaborate with HR to integrate DE&I into talent strategies·

Employee Well-being and Engagement:
• Develop and monitor initiatives to enhance employee well-being and organize engagement activities aligned with sustainability goals in SQ Station

Grievance Management:
• Ensure that employee grievances are addressed in a timely and fair manner, ensuring resolution in compliance with company policies and labor laws. Support the Corporate Sustainability team in maintaining records of grievances and actions taken.·

Training:
• Organise compliance training for managers and maintain audit-related documentation

Communication

Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Support the Corporate Sustainability team to develop cross-functional reports and presentations for internal (C-suite) and external (customers, investors) reporting

Environmental, Social, Health & Safety Support

Audit & Compliance Management:
• Coordinate audits, ensure compliance with labor laws and policies, and liaise with the factory ESHS teams, external auditors and government officials.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements
• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Garments,Architecture Firm,Dyeing Factory

Academic and Professional Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, sustainability, political science, or a related field.

Work Experience Required:
• 1-3 years of experience in sustainability initiatives, particularly focusing on social human-centric initiatives.
• Experience in DE&I programs and employee engagement, and supporting factory compliance and audits is good to have
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyse data and prepare concise PowerPoint presentations and report
