We are seeking a highly experienced Ecologist to lead our ecological initiatives, providing leadership and technical expertise to guide projects from inception to completion. As a Principal Ecologist / Team Leader, you will spearhead our ecological efforts, using your technical skill sets to manage and mentor staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Lead our ecological assessment and management projects
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, government agencies, and fellow team members
• Proven track record of leading ecological assessments, habitat surveys, and impact analyses
