Environmental Services Technicians

Rutland Regional Medical Center is hiring Environmental Services Technicians to maintain cleanliness, manage waste, and ensure infection control. Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably prior experience in environmental services. The position requires good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate of $16.50 to $24.04 per hour, with evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday to Friday.

Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum Work Experience Prior work experience in the environmental services field preferred. Experience working in sterile/infection control environment desirable. Required Licenses/Certifications D.O.T. hazardous material certification or ability to obtain. Valid Driver's License Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Good communication skills Demonstrated ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Time management skills Ability to innovate new methods of service delivery Ability to remain calm in stressful situations without evidence to patients and visitors. Demonstrated Moderate knowledge of basic computer skills. Ability to physically perform tasks as indicated by successful completion of functional testing. Pay Rate:
