Cross Team Collaboration

To succeed in this role, you must be able to identify areas of mutual interest and collaboration across WCA's areas of work. Proactively collaborate with staff across programs to drive meaningful outcomes.

This involves working closely with Communications staff to develop calls to action, email alerts, press releases, outreach materials, content for member publications, etc. to engage external audiences.
• Collaborate with Communications staff: Develop engaging content to amplify our message.
• Work with Government Affairs and Political staff: Engage elected officials and candidates for office to advance our goals.
