About the RoleKey Responsibilities
• We are looking for a talented individual to implement and manage our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Policy, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• The successful candidate will conduct regular risk assessments across the plant, identify EHS training needs, and develop relevant training programs to ensure employee competence and awareness.
• This role involves assessing short- and long-term EHS-related operational and capital requirements, coordinating execution with relevant departments, and driving continuous improvement to meet or exceed EHS targets.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and action planning, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
• Maintenance of structured systems and expertise in project and change management are essential for this role, which also requires sound knowledge of relevant EHS legislation and regulatory requirements.
