Environmental Director

beBee Careers is seeking an Environmental Director in Dubai to lead sustainability initiatives, including managing LEED accreditation and implementing strategies for waste management, energy efficiency, and water conservation. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with sustainability requirements and drive large-scale projects. This is a full-time position with no specific degree requirement.
We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Director to lead our sustainability initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing sustainability accreditation requirements, including LEED Cities & Communities, LEED (asset level), and Mostadam. Your expertise will be essential in promoting sustainable practices across our projects.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement site-wide sustainability strategies, including waste management, energy efficiency, and water conservation.
• Ensure compliance with master plan sustainability requirements on assets, public realm, infrastructure, and master plan development.
