We seek an experienced Energy Storage Customer Service Executive to join our team. As the key customer service leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to drive satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

About the Role:
• Develop and implement process improvements to drive satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, meeting their needs and expectations through proactive communication and collaboration.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders to inform data-driven decision-making, increasing revenue and improving customer loyalty.
• Lead and inspire our global customer service team to deliver outstanding experiences.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role in a global organization.
• In-depth understanding of the technical aspects and specific challenges of the energy sector.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field; higher education is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong multicultural team management, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English required; Dutch proficiency preferred.
