Energy Services Sales Associate

Black Hills Energy is seeking an Energy Services Sales Associate in Laramie, WY. The role involves outbound calling to acquire Choice business from various customer types, ensuring compliance with program rules, handling inquiries, and managing customer contacts. Responsibilities also include CRM testing, attending conferences, and administrative tasks. The position offers a salary range of $44.5K–$66.8K per year and requires no specific degree.
Under general supervision, performs professional level work.

Obtain Choice business for Residential / Commercial, AG and Industrial Customers through outbound calling.

Understand Choice Program Rules while maintaining compliance.

Take Active Sales role during sign up campaigns and early sign up periods, inbound and outbound calling.

Handle customer inquiries.

Attend/Prepare booths for select conferences.

CRM testing, assisting Analyst with enhancements.

Manage customer contact lists.

Facilitate expense and time reporting.

Gather competitive info and prices.

Maintain records and other administrative tasks.
