About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Conservation Manager to join our team at Al-Futtaim. As an Energy Conservation Manager, you will be responsible for conducting site audits and preparation of investment-grade audit reports. You will also be responsible for preparing statements of work (SOWs) for tendering retrofit packages and finalizing vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site audits and prepare investment-grade audit reports.
• Prepare SOWs for tendering retrofit packages and finalize vendors.
• Implement energy conservation measures set out in the investment-grade audit.
• Prepare monthly measurement and verification (M&V) reports for ongoing projects.

Contract Management:
• Ensure all contracted work is carried out in accordance with the contract.
• Adhere to timelines and identify any issues that may affect performance and closure of works.

Supply Chain Management:
• Manage sub-contractors and consumables on a daily basis.
• Implement and monitor sub-contractor performance to ensure best value management techniques within contracts.

Service Standards:
• Implement expected service standards towards service providers and sub-contractors.
• Ensure all work is carried out with correct health and safety (H&S) standards throughout projects.

Reporting:
• Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports to keep management informed about all issues relating to operations.

Required Skills:
• The candidate should have a very good theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services in all kinds of buildings and facilities.
• Conduct energy audits for facilities and develop energy conservation measures, implement, and prepare M&V reports to ensure committed savings are achieved.
• Conduct feasibility studies for solar retrofits, prepare feasibility reports, and implement the retrofits as applicable.
• Prepare documents to put out tenders for contractors and liaise with relevant government agencies as required.
• CARRY OUT GAP AND RISK ASSESSMENT ANALYSIS TO AND PUT ACTION PLANS TO MITIGATE.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
