COMPANY: DP Sustainable Design Pte Ltd JOB SUMMARY: The ESD Analyst supports sustainable design and environmental performance studies across architectural and interdisciplinary projects. The role conducts simulations, prepares sustainability reports, coordinates with consultants and assists in meeting certification requirements for various green building standards. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform environmental simulations including daylighting, thermal performance, solar studies and energy modelling. • Prepare sustainability assessments, reports and documentation for certifications (Green Mark, LEED, WELL, etc.). • Conduct research and benchmarking related to sustainable design strategies and technologies. • Assist architects and engineers with integrating passive and active sustainability strategies into design proposals. • Review material submissions, product data and supplier information for environmental performance. • Support preparation of presentations, diagrams, templates and submission packages. • Participate in client and consultant coordination meetings. • Conduct site visits to gather data, inspect installations and support sustainability-related verification. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Degree in Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Design or related discipline. • 1–3 years of experience in sustainability, ESD design or environmental analysis. • Proficiency in simulation tools such as IES-VE, Rhino/Grasshopper, Ladybug, DIALux or equivalent. • Good understanding of passive design strategies, building energy performance and sustainability frameworks. • Strong analytical, documentation and coordination skills.
