Location: Bellemont, AZ (Relocation can be provided)

Position Overview

The EHS Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) within the organization. This role aims to ensure compliance with industry regulations, promote a culture of safety, and minimize environmental impact in the manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement EHS policies and programs to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Lead training sessions for employees on EHS practices and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for risk assessment and incident prevention.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, EHS training, and compliance documentation.
• Stay updated on EHS regulations and best practices to inform policy changes and improvements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field preferred but not required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively train and engage employees.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and develop safety programs.
