Job Summary
• We are seeking an experienced Onsite Program Manager to oversee a largescale Infrastructure Operations Support engagement This role requires expertise in governance IT service management and client engagement ensuring seamless service delivery across various IT infrastructure domains The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence SLAKPI adherence and continuous improvement while managing Cross functional teams and transitions
• Key Responsibilities
• Governance Client Engagement
• Act as the single point of contact for the client ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Drive governance reporting and risk management across the engagement
• Ensure adherence to SLAs KPIs and compliance standards identifying and mitigating risks proactively
• Conduct regular client reviews stakeholder meetings and service performance discussions
• Infrastructure Operations Management
• Oversee end-to-end IT operations support including
• Service Desk EndUser Computing EUC
• Network Operations Center NOC
• Compute Network Storage Database Middleware
• Crossfunctional IT services
• Collaborate with technical teams to drive incident problem change and capacity management
• Ensure operational stability security and compliance in line with ITIL best practices
• ITIL Service Management
• Implement ITILbased processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Track and improve incident resolution request fulfilment and service availability
• Lead continuous service improvements CSI to optimize operations
• Transition Transformation Management
• Manage smooth transition and knowledge transfer for new services and capabilities
• Support automation AIdriven operations AIOps and process enhancements
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for technology upgrades and innovation

Required Skills Qualifications:
• 12 to 18 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations Program Management
• Strong expertise in Governance ITIL processes SLAKPI tracking and client engagement
• Handson experience in managing Service Desk NOC Compute Network Storage Database Middleware and EUC
• Proven track record of driving service excellence process improvements and risk management
• Experience in transition management automation and AIdriven operations AIOps is a plus
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
• ITIL PMP or relevant certifications preferred
