Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the management of all fundraising efforts to include both direct and events-based fundraising.
• Provide leadership and guidance to maximize staff productivity which will increase fundraising results.
• Implement and develop clear performance expectations and goals that are communicated to staff.
Requirements
• Minimum of 8-10 years progressively responsible development experience, including a proven track-record of personal fundraising results, preferably in a higher education or health system setting.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: 9 years progressive work experience and 4 years management experience.
