The Role

This role will focus on the commercialization responsibilities of the FDIC Sweep and core accounts products and capabilities in the Cash Solutions domain.

The Expertise And Skills You Bring
• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred.
• 8 – 12 years of proven experience in financial services, with focus in banking, treasury management, cash management experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship management skills and comfort working with senior leadership internal and external to Fidelity.
• A combination of strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a learning and growth mindset.
• Experience working across Fidelity business units and ability to manage multiple vendors and partners (internal / external)
• Comfortable managing multiple complex processes and initiatives, while maintaining updated and accurate documentation that aligns to legal, compliance, audit and other regulatory standards.
• Strategy and execution skills to run impactful programs aligned to strategic plans & objectives
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills to achieve consensus with multiple audiences including active listening skills to integrate different perspectives and achieve better outcomes.
• Experience managing vendors and related contracts, oversight and processes

Responsibilities Of The Job Will Include The Following
• Directly manage multiple bank partners, collaborating with bank leadership, internal treasury and Enterprise Relationship Management teams.
• Support the negotiation, drafting, review and approval of complex legal contracting processes.
• Support the technology, operations, treasury and vendor teams for all FDIC Sweep program bank required control points, including interest rate management, invoicing, billing, etc.
• Develop and maintain expertise in FDIC and other bank regulatory requirements pertinent to our sweep program.
• Leveraging client centered techniques such as hypothesis driven design, journey mapping and other similar techniques to identify opportunities to innovate and grow the FDIC sweep program.
• Lead the measurement and analytics Provide high level direction to internal partners across the FDIC and core account products and identify key insights that support leadership decisions in forecasting balances, business economics and planning.
• Active participation in and/or leading defining requirements, understanding business & technology needs, and writing Agile stories to help advance the infrastructure and assist with system & process improvements.
• Participating in and leading go to market efforts
