Candidate Profile Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in contemporary wear or luxury unisex fashion
• Strong technical knowledge in pattern-making, layering, and garment construction
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D
• Deep understanding of slow fashion, artisanal work, and multicultural design narratives
• Familiarity with sustainable fashion practices and frameworks
• Aesthetic intuition with business awareness, strong communication skills, and collaboration with artisans
