Redaptive is actively seeking a highly motivated and seasoned HVAC / Mechanical leader to join our dynamic team. As the HVAC/Mechanical Delivery Engineering Lead, you will lead and manage a team of technical professionals who guide our suppliers on best practices for audits and proposals.

You will oversee the team's efforts in managing design engineering and preconstruction partners to ensure on-time proposal delivery while maintaining quality control of third-party partner project development deliverables and inputs.

You will also engage directly with customers and our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to understand customer needs and effectively communicate these insights to our internal team and suppliers. This collaboration ensures customer requirements are clearly understood and addressed in all proposals and project developments.
