In the role of Delegated Manufacturing Inspection Representative Candidate you'll play a pivotal part on our Quality team.
Supports functions authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration for Monogram Systems. Provides quality assurance support to internal and external customers. Participates in continuous improvement activities in targeted areas. Helps execute the Quality Assurance strategy to ensure product flow consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements. The primary function of this position is one of accuracy.
This position contributes to our vision by:
1. Must be able to obtain Delegated Manufacturing Inspection Representative delegation from FAA/MIDO within 12 months of accepting position. **
2. Inspects production products and related parts conform to the approved type design.
3. Issues original and export airworthiness certificates for aircraft in support of current DMIR/DAR.
4. Collects data to support investigation and improvement activities
5. Completes inspection processes (i.e. Inspection Report, First Article Report, Acceptance Test Report, etc.) to assure customer requirements are met in existing, new, or modified products and processes.
6. Participates in aspects of product development and launch activities throughout the organization as requested. Efforts should primarily be targeted at evaluation of test programs, material testing/inspection, and control of quality cost.
7. Participates in the auditing of internal Quality Systems and assists in corrective action system follow up
8. Provides support in the evaluation of process capability, process control plans, analysis of out-of-control conditions and process audit.
9. Investigates and eliminates causes of quality problems and follows up on corrective actions.

Qualifications:
1. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or experience/knowledge as determined by management and a minimum of 5 years working experience in a production environment of equivalent business environment
2. Physical Requirements:
a. Ability to lift about 25 pounds
b. Ability to walk throughout the facility
c. Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
3. This is an ITAR compliant facility; the candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent resident of US
