Job Summary

This casual/seasonal position will assist with a fisheries research survey focused on characterizing salt marsh habitat suitability for horseshoe crabs and shorebirds. Work will be conducted in the Delaware Estuary creeks, tributaries, and marshes. Responsibilities include launching and trailering boats, collecting environmental data, soil sampling, determining presence/absence of HSC eggs, and setting up wildlife cameras.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Life, Physical, or Applied Science or related field, as well as experience in controlled sampling, monitoring, and testing techniques, data analysis, technical report writing, and using automated information systems.
