Lumina is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our Energy Services Maintenance team in Maryland. This is a contract position with a flexible schedule of 30 hours per week.
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for transitioning and inputting data across multiple platforms, maintaining accuracy and consistency in records, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
In this role, you'll get to:
• Transition and input data across customer and client portals
• Pull and input information from internal and external systems to maintain updated records
• Adjust and manage schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the team as needed
• Ensure data accuracy by reviewing, verifying, and correcting entries
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
• Proficiency with general computer operations and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with software such as ADP, Salesforce, or GSuite is a plus but not required
