Corporate Development Specialist

Redaptive is seeking a Corporate Development Specialist in Denver, CO, to support the sales team in customer pursuits. The role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team to create customer programs and materials, managing deals effectively, and being customer-facing. Redaptive focuses on energy-saving solutions for organizations to reduce waste and meet sustainability goals. This is a full-time position with no degree requirement.
Redaptive is looking for a Corporate Development Specialist to support our sales team on all customer pursuits. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to structure compelling customer programs, business cases, and customer-facing materials to support deal closure. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being customer-facing, a creative problem solver, and can effectively manage a deal from cradle to grave. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Program Development.
